Amitabha Buddha's Teaching:

Just like we need to tend to a garden by nurturing the plants that bring beauty and removing the weeds that harm them, we also need to take care of our inner selves. If we allow negative thoughts and emotions to grow unchecked, they can take over our minds and prevent positive growth.


Therefore, we need to actively cultivate positive thoughts and emotions while getting rid of negative ones. We should regularly examine our inner selves, making sure we are consistently thinking positively and eliminating negativity.


Through practice, we can achieve a stable and focused mind that is not affected by external circumstances. We can maintain a peaceful and positive attitude in the face of difficulties and challenges, transforming negative emotions into positive thoughts, and continuously improve ourselves.


Remember, our thoughts have the power to create positive or negative energy. It is essential to master our thoughts, keeping them pure and positive, as this is the ultimate goal of spiritual practice. Do not let negative energy control you.


In simpler terms, it is important to nurture positivity within ourselves, just like taking care of a garden. We need to regularly check our thoughts and emotions and eliminate negative ones while cultivating positive ones. This way, we can have a stable and focused mind that can handle challenges with a positive attitude. Mastering our thoughts can create positive energy and achieve spiritual growth.
